Parallelograms on the Same Base and Between the Same Parallels

If two parallelograms have the same base and lie between the same parallel lines, they have areas.

This is true regardless of how "slanted" one parallelogram might be compared to the other The height (perpendicular distance between the parallels) remains constant.

Area = base × height, so with same base and height, the areas are equal.
